Within our journeys we move around whether it be from within our own Country or to a new one – that’s what this beautiful is about Moving across Ngurambang ‘Country’. It reflects that we can journey and find a new place to call our Ngurambang ‘home’.

The tracks on the left share my Nation totem gugaa ‘goanna’, and the tracks across Country. The community circles represent different communities people live within. The journey lines and land (cross-hatching) from right to left share the story of moving from Inland Country (red ochre) to Saltwater Country (sea blue). The circles on the left border represent our ancestors guiding and watching over us, asking permissions to live upon a different Country and showing them respect.
