We’ve been busy planning some VERY exciting things here at Leticia Anne Designs & Co for this coming year, and as we welcome January, we also welcome some exciting news and a few updates.
Out of Business
As a lot of you know, I’m *finally* heading away to the GORGEOUS Hawaii on Monday, 31 January, and will be back in business on Wednesday, 16 February! Not to worry though, Karen and Lauren will still be around to keep the show on the road, so if you need to get in touch, still feel free to email.
*During this time, please note that I, personally will be stepping away from the business during this time, and will be uncontactable.
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR DEADLY START-UP MENTORS
Leticia Anne Designs will be facilitating a 35-week Program (end of February to September) for a group of First Nations young people exploring the space of self-employment and kick-starting their own deadly businesses.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Mentors with experience and/or passion supporting First Nations Young People to grow and chase their goals to pursue their own start-up business.
Commitment of half-hour to 1 hour per week, flexible with an agreement between mentor and young person for 35 weeks (from the end of February to September).
The mentorship is to support young people with understanding the module material and embracing their ideas and aspirations further beyond the weekly group program.
Ideally have a baseline knowledge of small business functions and entrepreneurship, however, we can also share this information along the way for mentors that moreso have experience working with young people.
Ideally, we are looking for mentors that are willing to travel to Maitland/Newcastle area. We have space for 1 remote mentor.
Identify as Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander or have experience working with ATSI people and community.
Valid Working with Children Check and insurance cover.

Please note that we will not be commencing any projects in the future without a signed agreement returned to Leticia Anne Designs & Co. prior to the commencement date.

Changes to Payment Method on Design Services
We will no longer accept payments through Stripe for design projects. Future payments will be made directly to our bank account, per details advised on invoices.

One of my favourites among our latest design projects are these fabulous social media tiles we developed for Jyelah Mind and Body. I just love the exchanges of ideas between myself and Kerrilee Philp, my beautiful sis running this deadly business.
