This piece is about caring for ourselves beyond the chaos that can sometimes surround us. It’s about giving ourselves permission to rest, revive and recoup in order to be able to offer our fullest self within our communities. I created this piece during a time when I finally gave myself full permission to just let go and trust in the process, my beautiful clients and business to be okay. It allowed me to ground in self-acceptance. I hope this piece reminds you that you deserve time regularly to take care of yourself and trust that you will be okay.
